KWC FAUCETS
The businessKWC has always been synonymous with Swiss precision engineering and innovative design. The business started as a manufacturer of luxury music boxes, some 140 years ago. Now, it is a leader of high-end kitchen and bathroom faucets, and shower fittings. With the fusion of functionality, innovation and cutting-edge design, KWC products have won many international awards and set the standard for other faucet manufacturers to follow.

The challengeThe challenge was to help KWC launch new products in the American marketplace. The KWC brand was largely unknown and was underrepresented in America. Cheri developed a strategy that would get the KWC name and its new products in front of the very people who are most interested in buying faucets—readers of kitchen and bathroom magazines, trade publications and specialist websites, as well as commercial buyers, attending trade shows.

The solutionCheri crafted feature articles, product descriptions, media kits, and press releases, using high-resolution photography to tell KWCs unique story of innovation and quality. The result exceeded all expectations. Cheri secured no less than 250 placements, including high-end consumer publications, as well as trade show representation. There was a massive boost in awareness of both KWC and the new products, enabling the business to expand its retail presence.
